Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return... We only accept refunds for damaged or mislabelled products.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will not accepts returns for unwanted items or buyers remorse such as wrongly ordered items, sizes, colours or product. Refunds will also not be accepted if the customer has failed to provide the correct delivery address. please double check the address before confirming purchase.
Refunds
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Order failed to deliver
If the carrier isn’t able to deliver the items because of the wrong address, or if the package was unclaimed by your customer, it’ll be returned to the default return address. This means that they’ll be sent back to the facility that sent them out. When that happens, you’ll get an email from us that your order arrived back at our facility. We’ll then hold on the order for 28 days at no cost. During this time, contact your customer.. We do not offer refunds for wrongly provided delivery address or unclaimed items. Shipping costs for reshipping may occur.
Order was lost in transit
We will se your tracking number to confirm if your order is actually lost in transit. If we can see entries still being added to the delivery log, we will update you with an expected date of delivery. If your package still hasn’t arrived, then we recommend getting in touch with your local post office to see if your order is there. You can also check in with your neighbours to ask if they might have seen your package.
If your shipping address was correct and the order still hasn’t arrived, Contact us at moralsovermoney@hotmail.com and will find a resolution for you. We usually cover the costs of reprinting and shipping replacement orders.
If the shipment’s tracking states that it was delivered, but you have not received it, We won’t cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
